At The time of Delivery
If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product with reason to the shipper or protest and contact us immediately by mailing us care@ibbanifoods@gmail.com, or calling us at +91 8792015006 mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Return/Exchange to be notified within 3 working days from the arrival day
Return/Exchange can only happen once the item reaches back or otherwise confirmed from our side.
All eligible refunds will be done in 5-7 working days after the product arrives to the return address.
